How to choose wholesome pasta?

How to determine the quality of pasta without tasting it? It’s easy!

TOP 5 simple tips:

  1. Read the ingredient list carefully: if pasta is made from durum varieties of wheat, it means that it will not make you gain weight, is not sticky and will retain its shape after cooking.
  2. Estimate the color: it should be natural, creamy or yellowish without foreign impurities.
  3. Check that the protein content is from 12 to 15 g (per 100 g of product).
  4. There should be no crumbs in the pack.
  5. The label “whole grain” or “buckwheat” increases the healthy properties of pasta several times.

White notches indicate that the manufacturer used a “bronze matrix”.

If the product is made on a “bronze matrix”, it absorbs the sauce better after cooking al dente and keeps its shape.

Just remember that MAKFA pasta meets all the above criteria: take it easy and choose a tried-and-true product!
