Made from the second-grade durum wheat grains rich in protein. The second-grade durum flour contains more ground particles of the grain shell, a source of fiber for the body that improves digestion. The content of B vitamins in second-grade flour is twice as high as in the white flour. Only second-grade flour contains D and E vitamins, as well as carotene (provitamin A).
