Beware of fakes!

Flour has a snow-white colour and a mild neutral flavour. Great for puddings, noodles, fluffy pancakes, cottage cheese puddings, scones, as a thickener for sauces, for coating.

Rise flour cottage cheese pancakes

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Rice flour 60 g,
  • Cottage cheese 5 % (can be replaced with reduced-fat cottage cheese) 300 g,
  • Eggs 1 pce,
  • Sugar 50 g,
  • Vanilla sugar 10 g (1 tea spoon),
  • Leavener 4 g (0.5 tea spoon),
  • Rice flour MAKFA (for coating) 30 g

Cooking method:

  1. Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, leavener and cottage cheese in a bowl with a mixer or wire whisk.
  2. Pour 60 g of rice flour into the resulting mixture and mix again thoroughly.
  3. Divide the resulting mass into 9 equal parts, roll into balls, roll in flour and form cottage cheese pancakes 1–1.5 cm thick.
  4. Fry the cottage cheese pancakes in vegetable oil on 2 sides and finish in an oven at 180 °C for 5–6 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favourite jam, sour cream or condensed milk.
