Tuna Pasta Salad

Tuna Pasta Salad
4 servings

200 g Makfa “Express” spirals

150 g green pea pods

250 g cherry tomatoes

150 g canned tuna

a bunch of cilantro


For the dressing:

4 tbsp sesame oil

5 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp honey

2 tbsp white or black sesame

4 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp lemon juice

10 minutes

1. Boil pasta in slightly salted water for 3 minutes according to the instructions on the packaging to al dente perfection. Get it in a colander.

2. Soak pea pods in hot water, let stand for 3 minutes, then place in cold water so that they save the colour. Let them cool a bit, then cut in half. Cut cherry tomatoes into 2-4 parts, break tuna with a fork into small pieces, separate cilantro leaves from sprigs. Whisk all the ingredients you’ve prepared together.

3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, pour the salad, mix and serve.
