3 packets of Makfa millet in packets
1 tbsp of olive oil
100 g of canned chickpeas
small bunches of cilantro and parsley
time 30 minutes

1. Pour water in a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Shake the packets with millet and gently lower them into the water. Reduce heat and cook the millet for 20 minutes until ready. Let cool slightly and remove the millet from the packets.
2. Whisk the millet with a fork, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil, mix.
3. Cut tomatoes into pieces and add to the millet with the chickpeas and herb leaves cut into pieces. Mix, add more salt if necessary and serve.
