Makfa” superior grade wheat flour – 90 grams;

“Makfa” semolina – 130 grams;

baking powder – 1 teaspoon;

1 egg;

sugar – 50 grams;

melted butter – 50 grams;

honey – 2 tablespoons;

roasted sesame seeds – 70 grams;

pistachios – 40 grams;

1. Mix flour, semolina, baking powder, with 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Whip egg with sugar, add the butter. Mix the flour mixture with the butter mixture and make the dough.

2. Divide the dough into 15–17 parts, roll up round preforms and roll each of them into 0.5 mm thick round sheets.

3. Warm the honey, add sesame seeds in it. Immerse the cookies into the mixture of honey and sesame, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

4. Heat the oven to 180°С and bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Serve warm or let cool.
