Buckwheat with Dates and Pistachios

200 g of packaged Makfa buckwheat

1 tbsp of ras-el-hanut spice

2 tbsp of butter

50 g of dates

50 g of pistachios

Additional properties For kids


1. Cover the buckwheat with water, add ras-el-hanut, salt and pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes until ready. Add the butter, the dates cut into quarters and let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Ladle the porridge into plates, sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.
