2 tbsp of butter

50 g of dates

50 g of pistachios

1. Cover the buckwheat with water, add ras-el-hanut, salt and pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes until ready. Add the butter, the dates cut into quarters and let stand for 10 minutes.
