1. Add the minced greens, egg, ground cheese and 4 tablespoons of flour into the cottage cheese. Add salt and pepper, mix well.
2. Form cheese cakes and roll them in flour. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cheese cakes for 3–4 minutes on each side.
3. Put it on the baking pan covered with baking paper, heat the oven to 190°C and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Serve the cakes hot, with sour cream.
