Chocolate Parfait with Buckwheat

Chocolate Parfait with Buckwheat
2 servings

120 g of packaged Makfa buckwheat

2 ripe bananas

4 tbsp of honey

100 ml of milk

2 tbsp of ground cocoa

raspberry or bog whortleberry for decoration

20 minutes

1. Soak the buckwheat in water for 24 hours. Rinse the buckwheat, place it in the food processor, add the pieces of banana and the honey and mix until smooth.

2. Gradually add the milk so that the parfait is not too thin. Mix until uniform. Place half of the mixture in a plate, and add the cocoa to the other half of the mixture in the blender.

3. Put berries on the bottom of the glasses, then pour the white layer, and then the chocolate layer on top. Repeat the layers - berries, white layer, chocolate layer.

4. Put berries on top of the parfait, cool and serve.
