berries (raspberry, strawberry, black currant) – 500 grams;

“Makfa” superior grade wheat flour – 150 grams;

butter – 100 grams;

nuts (almond, hazelnut) – 50 grams;

oatmeal – 40 grams;

sugar – 70 grams;

cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon;

Ice-cream for serving.

1. Put the berries into the baking dish.

2. Sieve the flour into a bowl. Chop cold butter and grind it with flour to make fine crumbles. Add minced nuts, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon and mix well.

3. Pour the dough over berries evenly. Heat the oven to 170°С and bake the crumble pie for 20–25 minutes. Serve with ice-cream.
