“Makfa” superior grade wheat flour – 50 grams;

bread crumbs – 50 grams;

vegetable oil for frying;

lemon – 1/2 of fruit;

cilantro – 1 spring;

boiled round-grain rice “Makfa” to serve;

salt, pepper.

1. Cut breast fillets into 2 parts and pound each part. Add salt and pepper.

2. Whisk the egg. Roll the chicken pieces in flour, plunge into the whisked egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep stewpot and fry the chicken for 5–6 minutes until golden.

4. Spray the chicken with lemon juice, decorate with cilantro leaves and serve the dish with rice
