90 g of packaged Makfa millet

1 tsp of chopped ginger

1/8 tsp of ground white pepper

1 tsp of soy sauce

150 g of white fish fillet

50 g of fried peanuts

2 stalks of green onion

2 sprigs of parsley

Cooking

1. Dry the millet on a pan on medium fire, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Add the millet to a saucepan with boiling water, add the ginger and the white pepper. Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. In the end, add the soy sauce.

2. Cut the fish into 2.5 cm pieces, add to the saucepan and cook for 10-12 minutes more until the millet is ready. Add salt, if necessary.

3. Serve the millet porridge with the fish. Garnish with chopped peanuts, thinly sliced green onion and parsley leaves.
