1. Pour water into a saucepan, add the millet and the sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a minimum and cook on low heat for 1 hour, mixing frequently, until the millet is soft.
2. Remove apple core and seeds, cube the apples. Add the apples, the ginger, the cinnamon and the honey to the porridge and heat the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
