Milk Noodles with Honey and Vanilla

1/2 vanilla bean

500 ml milk

1 tsp sugar

a pinch of salt

100-120 g Makfa “Makfiki. The Undersea World” pasta for kids

2 tbsp honey

20 ml dairy cream (33%)

Cooking

1. Cut the vanilla bean longitudinally in half, dig out the seeds and put them in milk together with the bean itself. Add sugar and salt, bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the bean.

2. Whisk pasta in milk (the amount depends on the thickness you would like to get) and cook, stirring, for 12 minutes according to the instructions on the packaging.

3. Add honey and dairy cream. Serve hot or warm.
