300 g of packaged Makfa millet
170 g of sugar
5 egg yolks
600 g of sour cream (20%)
100 g of any shelled nuts
250 g of dried apricot
20 g of butter
sour cream or apricot jam for serving
time 1 hour 20 mins

1. Wash the millet and put it into salted boiling water. Add three tbsp of sugar and cook for 25-30 minutes until ready.
2. Whisk yolks with the sour cream and the remaining sugar and add to the millet. Add chopped nuts and dried apricots.
3. Heat the oven to 160 °С. Butter the baking form or a deep pan, place the mixture inside, level with a spoon and bake for 40 minutes.
4. Serve with sour cream or apricot jam.
