180 g of packaged Makfa millet
720 ml of milk
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1 medium apple
cinnamon to taste
2 tbsp of honey or to taste
15 g of peeled and chopped almonds
time 50 minutes

1. Place the millet in a saucepan, add 480 ml of milk, salt and cook for 35-40 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the millet is soft.
2. Remove the saucepan from heat, add most of the peeled and diced apple. Set aside for 1 minute.
3. Slowly mix in the remaining 240 ml of milk to make the porridge more creamy.
4. Pour over some honey, sprinkle with remaining apples, cinnamon, crushed almonds and chips, and serve.
