Ingredients

For the dough:

milk – 250 ml;

vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;

1 egg;

sugar – 2 tablespoons;

“Makfa” superior grade wheat flour – 170 grams;

salt – 1/4 teaspoon;

baking powder – 1 teaspoon.

For the vegetable fries:

1 bell pepper;

1 zucchini;

spring onion – 4 sprigs.

Cooking

1. Whip the milk with butter, eggs and sugar. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the dry mixture to the liquid one and stir a bit.

2. For vegetable fries cut the bell pepper and zucchini in circles, and chop the spring onion sprigs.

3. Pour 2 tablespoons of dough into a heated frying pan and spread over it the vegetable fries in any combination. When the pancake is half-done, flip it over and fry the other side. Serve immediately.
