Pasta with Chickpeas, Broccoli and Raisins
Ingredients
6 servings

a handful of golden raisins

1 small broccoli head

450 g Makfa “Zoo” pasta for kids

150 g canned chickpeas

3 cloves of garlic

3 tbsp olive oil

a handful of shelled roasted pistachios

salt

pepper

Cooking

1. If raisins are hard, soak them in warm water for 15 minutes. Divide broccoli into small florets and blanch in slightly salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Get them in a colander.

2. Boil pasta in slightly salted water for 12 minutes according to the instructions on the packaging to al dente perfection. Get it in a colander.

3. Pour out water from the can with chickpeas; peel and mince garlic. Heat olive oil in a deep saucepan and saute chickpeas for 2 minutes. Add garlic, raisins and broccoli, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add pasta and heat the mixture through for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper.

4. Place pasta in plates, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and serve.
