3 packets of Makfa buckwheat in packets
700 ml of water
500 g of cherry tomatoes
1/4 of a red onion
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
2 tbsp of chopped basil
4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
time 1 hour

1. Pour water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Shake the packets with pearl barley and gently lower them into the water. Reduce heat and cook the millet for 45-50 minutes until ready. Let cool slightly and remove the pearl barley from the packets.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Peel and chop the onion finely. Mix the millet, the tomatoes, the onion, the parsley, the basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
