fine sugar – 180 grams;

“Makfa” superior grade wheat flour – 180 grams;

green apples – 3 pcs.;

dried cranberries – 50 grams;

butter – 20 grams;

1. Whip the eggs with a pinch of salt, add sugar and whip again. Add 160 grams of flour in small increments, continue to whip until homogeneous.

2. Cut the apples into slices.

3. Grease cooking dish with butter, dust it with leftover flour. Put the apples and cranberries into the dish, pour over the dough.

4. Heat the oven to 180°С and bake for 35–40 minutes. Serve charlotte hot or let it cool.
