1. Whip the eggs with 200 grams of sugar, add vanilin, cottage cheese, sour cream, 2 tablespoons of flour and mix.
2. Take 400 grams of flour, 250 grams of butter, cocoa and leftover sugar, stir and mix into fine crumbles.
3. Grease a round 25 cm baking dish with butter, dust it with flour. Put the 2/3 of the crumbles in the baking dish, then spread the cottage cheese filling. Spread the leftover crumbles evenly on top of the filling.
4. Heat the oven to 180°С and bake for 45–50 minutes. Serve hot or let cool.
