200 g of butter

150 g of powdered sugar

1/2 tsp of salt

150 g of Makfa semolina

200 g of baking flour

1/2 tsp of baking soda for baking

25 minutes

1. Heat theoven to175 °С. Place sheets of parchment onto two baking sheets.

2. Mix all the ingredient in the food processor into creamy dough.

3. Form small balls with a teaspon and lay them on the baking sheets, 5 cm away from each other.

4. Bake them for 12-14 minutes until ready. Serve.
