For the side dish:
1 tbsp of soy sauce
2 packets of Makfa cornmeal in packets
For the coconut and pineapple sauce:
3 circles of canned pineapple
3 tbsp of coconut milk
2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce
1 tsp of Sriracha sauce
For Grilled Shrimp
16-20 shelled and cleaned shrimp
4-5 circles of canned pineapple
time 55 minutes

repare the side dish. Pour the water and the soy sauce into the medium-size saucepan. Shake the packet with the cornmeal and gently lower it into the water. Reduce heat and cook the cornmeal for 35-40 minutes until ready. Let cool and remove the cornmeal from the packet.
2. Place the sauce ingredients in the blender and whisk until homogeneous.
3. Cut the pineapple rings into quarters. Place the shrimp and the pineapples on skewers and grill on medium heat until ready, 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Pour the sauce over, serve the shrimp with the cornmeal.
