Chinese Pork with Millet and Greens

Chinese Pork with Millet and Greens
Ingredients
4 servings

4 tbsp of honey

6 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of Chinese Five Spices Mix

450 g of pork fillet

200 g of packaged Makfa millet

1 tbsp of olive oil

300 g of pakchoi (Chinese Cabbage)

200 g of spinach

Cooking

1. Mix the honey, the soy sauce and the Five Spices mixture in a bowl. Cut the meat into strips and place it in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least two hours.

2. Pour water over the millet, add salt, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes until ready.

3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork for 7-10 minutes. Add cabbage leaves and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Place the millet into the pan, mix and heat up for 2 more minutes. Serve.
