3 packets of Makfa grinding peas in packets
2 tbsp of olive oil
400 canned chopped tomatoes in own juice
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp of ground chili pepper
2 tbsp of jeera (cumin)
400 g of cod fillet
time 1 hour 10 minutes

1. Bring water to a boil, shake the packets with peas and gently lower them into the water. Reduce heat and cook the peas for 30 minutes. Let cool and remove the peas from the packet.
2. Peel and chop the onion finely. Heat the olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion for 3 minutes until golden. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the peas into the pan, add peeled and finely chopped garlic, the chili pepper and the jeera (cumin). Add 100 ml of water to the pan, add salt and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Peel the carrots and the zucchini, cut them into cubes and place them in the pan. Mix and add large pieces of cod fillet. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve.
