Granola with Buckwheat, Bananas and Nuts
Ingredients

8 large soft dates

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

2 tbsp of butter

250 g oat flakes or other flakes

125 g of packaged Makfa buckwheat

125 g of shelled seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)

50 g of hazelnut

ground zest of 1/2 orange

1/4 tsp of cardamon

1/2 tsp of ground vanilla

a large pinch of salt

Cooking

1. Mix the dates, the bananas, the eggs and the butter in the blender and beat until smooth.

2. Add the remaining ingredients (chop the hazelnuts) and mix thoroughly. Put a leaf of parchment onto the baking sheet, pour the batter on top and even it so that it 2-3 cm thick.

3. Heat the oven to 175°C and bake the pie for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let cool and cut into pieces.

4. Keep the granola in an air-tight container in the fridge for a week, or even longer.
