120 g of packaged Makfa white round rice

1 liter of milk

6 tbsp of sugar

3 tbsp of starch

1 egg yolk

vanilin on the edge of a knife

50 g of dried peach

30 g of pistachios

1. Pour 900 ml of milk onto the rice, add the sugar and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. The rice must become soft.

2. Dissolve the starch in 100 g of the remaining milk, add the yolk, mix, and add to the rice. Cook for 5-10 more minutes. In the end, add the vanilin.

3. Place the pudding into forms and refrigerate. Then decorate with finely chopped dry peaches and pistacchios and serve.
