Pea Porridge with Onion and Carrots

1 bags of Makfa grinding peas in cooking bags

1/2 onion

1/2 carrot

1 tbsp of vegetable oil

a small bunch of parsley (leaves only) for serving

1. Boil the water, shake the packets with peas and place them gently into the water. Reduce heat and cook the peas for 30 minutes until ready. Let cool.

2. Peel onions and carrots, chop the onions finely, and grate the carrots coarsely.

3. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until golden. Place on a plate, set aside.

In the same frying pan fry the cooked peas for 3-5 minutes.

4. Place the peas on a plate, add onion, carrots and salt, mix, sprinkle with parsley leaves and serve.
