1. To make pesto cut off leaves of basil, chop Parmesan into small pieces, peel garlic. Place the ingredients you’ve prepared into the blender jar, add pine nuts, 100 ml of olive oil, and salt. Grind the sauce for no longer than 1 minute to leave little pieces in its texture. If pesto is too thick, add a little bit more olive oil.
2. Boil pasta in slightly salted water for 11 minutes according to the instructions on the packaging to al dente perfection. Get it in a colander. Pour pasta into the sauce, whisk together and serve right away.
