Soup with Millet and Pasta

Soup with Millet and Pasta

1 onion bulb

1 carrot

2 potatoes

3 tbsp millet

200 g Makfa multicolored “Fantasy” spirals

4 sprigs of dill

sour cream to serve (optional)

1. Peel vegetables, chop onion finely, cut carrot into half-circles, dice potatoes (middle-sized cubes).

2. Bring 2 l slightly salted water to a boil, add onion, carrot and potatoes. Cook vegetables for 5 minutes, then whisk millet into the pot; add macaroni in 20 minutes. Cook the soup for 10 more minutes until macaroni are ready. Add salt if necessary.

3. Pour the soup into bowls and serve with chopped dill and sour cream if you like.
