400 g of coconut milk
100 ml of milk
1/2 tsp of ground cardamom
60 g of Makfa semolina
60 g of finely ground sugar
For the sauce:
3 tsp of lime sauce
time 30 minutes (+ time to cool)

1. Place both kinds of milk into a deep pan, sprinkle with ground cardamon and bring to a boil. While stirring, add the semolina and mix.
2. Reduce heat and cook on low heat for 1 minute, until the semolina thickens. Place the mixture in three forms, let cool and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
3. For the sauce, whisk the mango with the lime sauce in the food processor until smooth. Add powdered sugar to sweeten.
4. Take the dessert out of the forms, pour the sauce on top and serve.
